Each participating school is provided with an all-inclusive Anti-Bullying program, including an assembly at the start of the school year that will teach students about bullying. We will encourage students to be kind and helpful to those who are bullied.
We will provide posters, banners, wristbands, and speakers who will share their personal experiences with students. In addition, the HERO Program will present the “Be A HERO Award” that will be selected by the Institute and school administrators, and given on a monthly, quarterly or biannual basis. This award will include certificates, t-shirts, and posters to further encourage students to be kind to one another and to deter others from bullying. We will also promote schools as participants on our social media and in our ABI marketing.
Our program will be customized to each school to meet their needs and goals agreed upon after a needs assessment is conducted by the Institute. The Institute will provide this service to as many schools based on funds and resources available. This program is provided at no cost to the school.
We are currently taking applications for schools to be put on a waiting list for the HERO Program for this year or 2018/19. Please contact us to schedule "Kindness Days or Activities" at your School or Community Center which are held throughout the year.
