Registration Deadline: Monday, October 30, 2017
If you must cancel, transfer, or change a registration, submit your request in writing by October 30, 2017 to Riverside Medical Clinic Charitable Foundation via e-mail to Cheryl@RMCcharity.org. Cancellations made on or before October 30, 2017 will be fully refunded minus a $50 processing fee. After October 30, 2017, registration fees will be forfeited. You may transfer your registration to someone else without penalty or the remainder of your registration fee may be held on account for 12 months to be used at a future Anti-Bullying Institute Conference. Refunds will NOT be issued for any missed sessions or events, due to illness, travel delays or cancellations. After October 30, 2017, all transfers/changes must be made at the conference.
Your registration constitutes permission for Riverside Medical Clinic Charitable Foundation to use your picture in promotional materials related to the Anti-Bullying Institute Conference.
