Terms of Use
Welcome to the Anti Bullying Conference (the "Site"), an online service provided by Riverside Medical Clinic Charitable Foundation. Your use of the Site is governed by the policies, terms, and conditions set forth below in this Terms of Use Agreement. Please read them carefully. By using this site or submitting donations to Riverside Medical Clinic Charitable Foundation you indicate your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, the terms and conditions set forth below (also referred to as this "Site Agreement"). 

Username, Password and Security 
You will choose a username and password during the Riverside Medical Clinic Charitable Foundation order process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and your account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Riverside Medical Clinic Charitable Foundation of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you log off from your account at the end of each session. Riverside Medical Clinic Charitable Foundation cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section. 

Payments and account creation are handled securely by FoxyCart, LLC, a hosted shopping cart solution. We are proud to be fully PCI DSS compliant and registered with Visa's CISP. We are certified by our security assessors as Level 1 Service Provider, which is the highest level of PCI compliance and certification. FoxyCart uses SSL encryption through Digicert for the Anti-Bully Conference domain.


If you must cancel, transfer, or change a registration, submit your request in writing by October 22, 2018 to RMC Charitable Foundation via e-mail to Cheryl@RMCcharity.org. Cancellations made on or before October 22, 2018, will be fully refunded minus a $50 processing fee. After October 22, 2018, registration fees will be forfeited.  You may transfer your registration to someone else without penalty or the remainder of your registration fee may be held on account for 12 months to be used at a future Anti-Bullying Conference. Refunds will NOT be issued for any missed sessions or events, due to illness, travel delays or cancellations. After October 22, 2018, all transfers/changes must be made at the conference.

Information Collection & Use

Registration and Payment
We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our Website.

Photography Release
Your registration constitutes permission for Riverside Medical Clinic Charitable Foundation to use your picture in promotional materials related to the Anti-Bullying Institute Conference. 

Communications from Us to You
Registered Conference Attendees: we will, from time to time, communicate with you via email at the address provided in your profile. These communications will be conference-related in nature only. You may at any time opt-out of most communications, but certain emails must be sent to registered site visitors and paying members as part of your ongoing relationship with us. 

Unregistered site visitors (guests): no emails will be sent to you.

Third-Party Communication
Unless the Riverside Medical Clinic Charitable Foundation has received an explicit request from a registrant disallowing to share his/her contact information (given through the Registration Form), a list of all attendees, their affiliation institutions and email addresses will be provided to certain conference sponsors.

Acceptance of this Policy
By using this site, you signify your acceptance of our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please do not use our Website. This Privacy Policy supersedes all privacy policies and other similar standards previously issued by us.

Password Security
Riverside Medical Clinic Charitable Foundation maintains commercially reasonable safeguards to ensure the security, integrity, and privacy of personally identifiable information submitted to our Website, and we periodically review and update security measures in light of current technologies. Your password is a component of the Riverside Medical Clinic Charitable Foundation security system. As such, it is your responsibility to protect it. Do not share your password with any third parties. If your password has been compromised for any reason, you should notify Riverside Medical Clinic Charitable Foundation immediately.

California Privacy Rights
Under California Law, California residents have the right to request in writing from businesses with whom they have an established business relationship, (1) a list of the categories of personal information, such as name, address, e-mail address, and the type of services provided to the customer, that a business has disclosed to third parties (including affiliates that are separate legal entities) during the immediately preceding calendar year for the third parties' direct marketing purposes, and (2) the names and addresses of all such third parties. To request the above information please contact us with a reference to California Disclosure Information. We will respond to such written requests within 30 days following receipt at the e-mail or mailing address stated above.

However, due to the inherent open nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that communications between you and Riverside Medical Clinic Charitable Foundation, and Riverside Medical Clinic Charitable Foundation and you, will be free from unauthorized access by third parties, such as hackers and your use of the Site signifies your assumption of this risk.
